The e-learning consists of an introduction and four chapters, and each chapter is divided into multiple study items (about 5 to 10 minutes).

There is also a 5-question confirmation test for each of the 4 chapters, and the standard video viewing time is approximately 150 minutes (in addition to that, the time required for the test etc.).

Please proceed with the course according to your convenience, such as taking one study item when you have a little free time.
