Center overview
The Sendai Center for Dementia Care Research and Training was established in 2001 as one of three centers nationwide (Tokyo, Obu, and Sendai) as a core institution for research and training on dementia care in Japan. I did.
The Sendai Center has two main functions. It has a research function that contributes to improving the quality of care for elderly people with dementia, and a training center function that trains instructors to train dementia care practitioners in Hokkaido, Tohoku, and the Shikoku-Chugoku region.
